Hello all!

I have been teaching English in Hong Kong for 10 years with 8 years at local primary schools (4 years as EDB NET).

I specialise in phonics, reading, writing, speaking and listening. I also do test prep (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, etc).

With two master's degrees, teaching and phonics training and LPAT, I am exceptionally qualified and experienced.

My teaching philosophy begins with instilling a positive attitude towards learning in each of my students in a student-centered environment. I encourage independent learning and implement a variety of tasks to keep students motivated and interested. In providing these learning opportunities, I also ensure that they are commensurate to each student’s needs, abilities and stage of development by catering to the diverse learning styles of my students.
