As someone who has knowledge in special and general education, in order to help the learners learn efficiently, a teacher should have knowledge about their interest. I believe that modern teaching should be learner-centered. Using modern technology would also be a great tool. Having session routines and incorporating respect and discipline will surely provide positive learning outcomes. Read less
