Hi, my name is Andy. I've been teaching Mathematics in Hong Kong for the past 10 years at top international schools. I seek to help my students learn by asking insightful questions, demonstrating skills and techniques accurately and building confidence with carefully structured examples. I am well versed in many qualifications, particularly iGCSEs (multiple exam boards) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma programme at both HL and SL. My approach to teaching Mathematics is through structured problem-solving, asking students to reflect on their methodology as the problems get harder. I believe that diagnosis and review are key aspects of embedding new learning so it can be utilised succesfully for success in assessments. I also believe that positive teacher-student relationships are a must and pride myself on my patient and affable character. Read less
